CLASS SCHEDULE

•Weekday (M-F) mornings on the hour:  8:00, 9:00, 10:00, 11:00am
8 & 11AM – Intermediate and Advanced format
9 & 10AM & 5PM – Fitness Fundamentals format
•Monday, Tuesday and Thursday Evening: 5:00, 6:30pm
•Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Evening: 6:30pm  Boot Camp format
•Friday 9am: Meditation with Karen Jordan
•Saturday morning:  8am  Intermediate and Advanced format
